Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is the predominant subtype of renal cancer and is highly malignant. Despite advances in diagnostics and treatment, the prognosis for ccRCC remains poor. We constructed a lipid immune score consisting of six genes, ADAM8, IQGAP2, SLC16A12, PYCR1, TOX3, and LRRC19, to evaluate the prognosis of patients with ccRCC. Lipid immune scoring has important application value in the diagnosis, prognosis evaluation, and treatment target discovery of ccRCC.
